    >Kitchen: Bacon would really add some richness to it. I do well, being spoiled that is.Ethel: I didn't make it but I think all you do is roast the veggies in olive oil, salt and pepper then toss with a bit of balsamic vinegar an a light toss of sugar to cut the acidity.
